Legally Speaking is designed to provide timely, useful and interesting legal information for sports executives.

This website is an outgrowth of my Legally Speaking sports law newsletter, launched in 2004, in which I discuss a broad range of legal issues affecting owners and operators of sports teams and facilities.

The newsletter articles are featured on this Web site as is my latest presentation at the Baseball Winter Meetings.
